CuDi the KiD.
Cudi is questionable. Is he a Kanye spinoff? Is he just ‘that guy who did Day n Nite’? Or is he an artist to follow? I would lean towards the latter. I wasn’t too hot on his second mixtape (Dat Kid from Cleveland), but I enjoyed his first one. Most people are only going to know him due to Day n Nite, and are only going to know Day n Nite (the remix, not the preferable original). The reason for this post was to give you his latest released song: Call Me Moon Man, and because it reminded me of my favourite CuDi track which i’d like to share.

Maybe it’s just because I love the Nosaj Thing instrumental he raps over, but Man On the Moon is a track that proves to me the potential CuDi has and the message he tries to portray is something different to the trash that’s clouding hip-hop at the moment.
